Job Vacancy: Sales Manager – Automotive Detailing
**Location:** Al Quoz 3, Dubai, UAE
**Salary:** AED 5,000 – AED 7,000 per month + Performance Incentives
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven **Sales Manager** to join our growing automotive detailing centre in **Al Quoz 3, Dubai**. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive detailing sales within the UAE and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service while driving business growth.
## Key Responsibilities
* Develop and execute sales strategies to increase revenue and customer acquisition.
* Generate new business through corporate accounts, partnerships, and walk-in customers.
* Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
* Promote the company's detailing, paint protection, ceramic coating, window tinting, and related automotive services.
* Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
* Prepare quotations, negotiate pricing, and close sales.
* Coordinate with the operations team to ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
* Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
* Prepare regular sales reports and performance updates.
## Requirements
* **Minimum 2 years of experience in automotive detailing sales in the UAE (mandatory).**
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
* Fluent in English (spoken and written).
* Additional languages are an advantage.
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
* Valid UAE driving licence is preferred.
