We are looking for an experienced and motivated Service Advisor to join our growing automotive service center.
Mandatory Requirements:
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry.
Strong sales and customer service skills, with the ability to upsell maintenance and repair services.
Excellent knowledge of vehicle diagnostics, mechanical systems, and automotive repairs.
Good computer skills, including:
Microsoft Excel
Google Sheets
ChatGPT or other AI tools
CRM systems and accurate data entry
Organized and systematic, with strong attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate records.
Fluent in English (spoken and written).
Knowledge of Russian and/or Arabic is an advantage.
UAE driving license is preferred. Candidates without a license must be willing to obtain one at their own expense.
Age: 25–40 years.
Key Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their vehicle concerns.
Prepare repair estimates and explain recommended work.
Coordinate with technicians throughout the repair process.
Follow up with customers and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Achieve sales targets for workshop services and additional repairs.
Keep CRM and workshop records updated accurately and consistently.
