Customer Acquisition & Appointment Coordinator
Salary: AED 3,500 per month plus incentives

ROLE OBJECTIVE
To generate workshop appointments, manage all incoming customer inquiries, ensure no lead is missed, maximize customer arrivals to the workshop, and support business growth through professional customer engagement and follow-up.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Customer Communication
* Answer all incoming calls.
* Answer all WhatsApp inquiries.
* Respond to Google, Meta and website leads.
* Respond to customer inquiries professionally and promptly.
* Ensure no customer inquiry remains unanswered.
Lead Management
* Register all new leads in the customer database.
* Maintain accurate customer records.
* Record lead source for every customer.
* Track all inquiries until conversion or closure.
Appointment Management
* Book workshop appointments.
* Confirm appointments one day in advance.
* Reschedule appointments when required.
* Manage daily workshop booking calendar.
* Coordinate customer arrival times with workshop capacity.
Customer Follow-Up
* Follow up all new inquiries.
* Follow up customers requesting quotations.
* Follow up customers who did not confirm appointments.
* Follow up no-show customers.
* Follow up customers who requested information but did not proceed.
Customer Experience
* Ensure customers receive timely updates before arrival.
* Maintain a professional and welcoming customer experience.
* Assist customers with appointment-related questions.
* Escalate complaints to management when necessary.
Reporting
* Daily Lead Report.
* Daily Appointment Report.
* Daily No-Show Report.
* Weekly Lead Conversion Report.
* Monthly Customer Acquisition Report.
* Monthly Appointment Performance Report.
DAILY KPIs
* Number of Calls Received
* Number of Calls Answered
* Number of WhatsApp Inquiries
* Number of New Leads
* Number of Appointments Booked
* Number of Appointment Confirmations
* Number of No-Shows
* Number of Customers Arrived
* Lead-to-Appointment Conversion Rate
* Appointment-to-Arrival Conversion Rate
MONTHLY KPI TARGETS
* No missed customer inquiries.
* No missed WhatsApp messages.
* Minimum 95% call answer rate.
* Minimum 80% appointment confirmation rate.
* Minimum 75% customer show-up rate.
* Maintain complete and updated customer database.
