We are hiring an Operations Manager to join a leading car rental company in Dubai.
📋 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day car rental operations
• Manage fleet availability, maintenance coordination & readiness
• Lead and develop the operations team
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners
✅ Requirements:
• 👥 Gender: Male & Female
• 🎓 Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field
• 🔧 Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive or car rental operations
• 🌐 Proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus
• 💡 Strong leadership and organizational skills
📍 Location: Dubai
🕘 Working Days: Monday to Friday
