Fleet Operations & Technical Coordinator
We are looking for a strong специалист with solid automotive knowledge and operational experience who can ensure our fleet is always in excellent technical and visual condition.
This is not a typical office role — we need someone who can make fast decisions, handle pressure, and deliver real results.

Responsibilities:
• Monitor and maintain the technical and aesthetic condition of the fleet
• Plan, coordinate, and control maintenance and repair processes
• Work with service centers, contractors, and insurance companies
• Provide оперативная support to clients in case of breakdowns or vehicle-related issues
• Perform basic diagnostics and make decisions on further actions
• Control deadlines and quality of repairs
• Reduce vehicle downtime and prevent recurring issues

Requirements:
• Strong practical understanding of vehicles
• Experience with fleet management / car service / rental — required
• Experience in operational or administrative roles
• Experience with insurance cases (accidents, claims) — an advantage
• Valid driving license and confident driving skills
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks

• Good communication skills (clients, contractors, internal team)
