Customer Service Advisor – Premium & Luxury Vehicles
Join our premium workshop in Dubai as a Customer Service Advisor, where you’ll be the face of exceptional service for our discerning clientele. From welcoming customers at service reception to documenting concerns and coordinating with technicians, you’ll ensure a smooth, transparent, and high-quality service experience.
Your role goes beyond reception — you’ll take ownership of follow-ups, keep clients updated on their vehicle status, and ensure satisfaction post-service. With a focus on retention and up selling, you’ll identify opportunities to offer value-added services like maintenance plans, upgrades, or unnoticed essential repairs that align with customer needs.
Success in this role requires:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and workshop software
• Customer retention

• Solid knowledge of auto spare parts
• Good language skills
Fundamental knowledge in premium vehicle maintenance is required, aligning with our company's commitment to staying current in automotive advancements. REQUIREMENTS:
The successful candidate must have proficiency in English and Hindi and hold a valid U.A.E light vehicle driver's license. The age requirements for this role are between 25 and 35 years.
