As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled Parts Manager with strong industry expertise to lead our parts operations and support our technical team with accuracy and speed.
Role Overview
The Parts Manager will be responsible for managing the complete lifecycle of automotive parts from sourcing and procurement to inventory control and distribution ensuring seamless workshop operations.
This role requires a deep understanding of luxury and performance vehicle parts, strong supplier networks, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.
Job Description Highlights
• Proven experience as a Parts Manager or senior parts role within a luxury or high-performance automotive workshop • Strong knowledge of European vehicle brands and parts systems • Experience in used spare parts sourcing and supplier coordination • Familiarity with OEM parts catalogs and electronic parts systems (EPC) • Established supplier contacts, especially in the European used parts market (highly advantageous) • Strong on-ground knowledge of UAE spare parts market, especially Sharjah and Sajja Industrial Area, with the ability to source parts quickly and cost-effectively • Proficient in computer systems, including Excel and inventory management software • Strong negotiation, organizational, and problem-solving skills • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, performance driven environment Key Responsibilities • Oversee and manage all parts department operations with a focus on efficiency and accuracy • Source OEM and high-quality used parts for luxury and performance vehicles • Utilize automotive parts catalog systems (OEM/EPC) for precise identification and ordering • Build and maintain strong relationships with local and international suppliers, particularly in Europe • Ensure timely availability of parts to support workshop productivity and reduce downtime • Monitor inventory levels, ensuring optimal stock without overstocking or obsolescence • Manage procurement processes, pricing negotiations, and cost control strategies • Conduct regular inventory audits and maintain accurate stock records • Coordinate closely with service advisors and technicians for parts requirements • Handle warranty parts, returns, and discrepancies professionally
