Golden Horse Car Service is hiring a Service Advisor for our workshop in Al Quoz 3, Dubai. You will manage customers from the first enquiry to vehicle handover, turn inspection findings into clear repair proposals and keep customers informed throughout the visit.
Responsibilities
• Handle phone and online enquiries, arrange appointments and follow up on quotations and recommended future work.
• Record the customer’s concerns, vehicle details and agreed scope in accurate job cards and CRM records.
• Prepare labour and parts quotations with the workshop and parts teams. Explain the findings, repair options and priorities clearly.
• Secure customer approval for the scope and price before work starts, including any additional repairs.
• Agree realistic completion times with the workshop and update customers promptly when plans change.
• Explain completed work and remaining recommendations at handover, resolve concerns and arrange follow-up.
Requirements
• At least 3 years as an automotive Service Advisor, with experience handling European or premium cars. UAE or GCC workshop experience is preferred.
• Sound understanding of vehicle maintenance and repairs, with the ability to explain technical findings in plain language.
• Strong spoken and written English. Arabic or Russian is an advantage.
• Confident use of CRM, quotations and job cards, with a record of consistent follow-up and meeting service sales targets. A UAE driving licence is an advantage.
