We are looking for an experienced and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our workshop team.
Key Responsibilities:
• Communicate with customers to understand their vehicle concerns and service requirements.
• Inspect service needs and prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Explain recommended repairs and maintenance clearly to customers.
• Complete job cards, quotations and other required documentation accurately.
• Coordinate with the workshop team to schedule and prioritize repair work.
• Follow up directly with the workshop floor to track vehicle repair status.
• Provide customers with regular updates about their vehicle’s repair status.
• Obtain customer approval before carrying out additional repairs.
• Address customer questions, concerns and complaints professionally.
• Ensure timely vehicle delivery and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
• Proven automotive industry experience in the UAE.
• Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processes.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service and problem-solving abilities.
• Good organizational and multitasking skills.
• Ability to prepare estimates and coordinate effectively with technicians.
• Fluency in English; additional languages will be an advantage.
• Candidates who can join immediately are highly preferred.
