RENT A CAR – DRIVER & OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Location: Dubai, UAE
Salary: AED 2,500–3,000 per month
Joining: Immediate
Fourty Four Rent A Car is looking for a reliable, professional and responsible individual to join our luxury car rental company in Dubai.
We are looking for more than just a driver. The successful candidate must be capable of assisting with the daily operations of the business, handling customers professionally and taking responsibility for our rental fleet.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver and collect luxury rental vehicles from customers, hotels, airports and other locations.
• Conduct vehicle inspections before and after every rental, including photographs, mileage, fuel levels and damage reports.
• Coordinate vehicle cleaning, servicing, maintenance and repairs.
• Handle customer enquiries, WhatsApp messages and rental bookings.
• Prepare rental agreements and manage customer payments and security deposits.
• Manage daily vehicle availability, rental schedules, deliveries and collections.
• Maintain accurate records of vehicle movements, bookings and rental transactions.
• Resolve day-to-day customer enquiries and operational issues.
• Oversee the daily running of the business independently when the owner is unavailable.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
• Valid UAE driving licence.
• Previous UAE car rental experience preferred.
• Confident driving luxury, sports and high-performance vehicles.
• Good English communication skills, both spoken and written.
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads, hotels and airport locations.
• Comfortable using WhatsApp, smartphones and basic computer systems.
• Honest, punctual, organised and professional.
• Able to work independently and take responsibility.
• Available to join immediately.
SALARY & BENEFITS
Salary: AED 2,500–3,000 per month, depending on experience and capabilities.
