We are looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Bookkeeper to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will manage day-to-day financial records and ensure accuracy in all accounting transactions.
Roles & Responsibilities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records (accounts payable/receivable)
* Record daily transactions and reconcile bank statements
* Prepare invoices, process payments, and follow up on outstanding dues
* Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
* Ensure compliance with UAE VAT regulations and timely filing
* Maintain payroll records and support month-end/year-end closing
* Organize and maintain financial documents and files
* Coordinate with auditors and management as required
Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
* Minimum 2–3 years of bookkeeping/accounting experience (UAE experience preferred)
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Tally, QuickBooks, Zoho Books)
* Strong knowledge of UAE VAT regulations
* Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
* Good command of MS Excel and general computer skills
* Strong communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
