We are looking for a highly organized and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team at a premium Aesthetic, Hair Transplant, and Medical Clinic in Dubai.
This role is not intended to replace our existing accountant. Instead, the successful candidate will work closely with the clinic owners to independently monitor, analyze, and report on the clinic’s financial and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities
* Monitor daily income, expenses, and financial transactions.
* Review and verify accounting records and reports.
* Analyze clinic profitability and financial performance.
* Monitor inventory, medical supplies, consumables, and stock movements.
* Verify purchasing activities, supplier invoices, and operational costs.
* Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly management reports.
* Identify unusual expenses, financial risks, and opportunities for cost optimization.
* Provide accurate financial insights and recommendations directly to management.
* Work closely with the existing accounting team while maintaining independent reporting to the owners.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience in accounting, financial analysis, or auditing.
* Experience in a medical, aesthetic, dental, or healthcare environment is highly preferred.
* Strong analytical and reporting skills.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
* High attention to detail, integrity, and confidentiality.

* Can identify financial issues before they become problems.
* Understands inventory control and cost management.
