Job Description
Talkhees Corporate Service Providers LLC is seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Accountant to manage the financial operations and tax compliance for multiple companies under our portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
Multi-Company Accounting: Manage full-charge bookkeeping, general ledger maintenance, and day-to-day accounting operations for multiple distinct corporate entities.
Receivables & Follow-ups: Actively manage accounts receivable, monitor aging reports, and handle timely customer follow-ups to ensure healthy cash flow.
Financial Reporting: Prepare, analyze, and present accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports to management.
Tax Compliance: Handle end-to-end VAT and Corporate Tax registrations, calculations, and timely submissions in strict accordance with UAE FTA regulations.
Financial Advisory: Clearly explain financial reports, cash flow insights, and budgeting to management and stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of solid accounting experience within the UAE is strictly required.
Portfolio Management: Proven track record of handling accounts for multiple companies simultaneously.
Tax Expertise: Strong, practical knowledge of UAE Corporate Tax laws and VAT filing processes.
Communication: Excellent communication skills to effectively present and explain financial data to management.
