We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Accounts & VAT Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing invoices, preparing VAT-related documents, and creating sales and profit reports.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collect, organize, and file invoices and receipts
* Record taxable and non-taxable expenses
* Prepare documents for quarterly VAT filing/claims
* Prepare sales and profit reports using Excel
* Data entry and record management on computer systems
* Maintain accurate financial records and documents
* General administrative support
Requirements:
* Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and computer skills
* Ability to prepare reports and work with numbers
* Organized and detail-oriented
* Basic accounting or VAT knowledge is an advantage
* Previous office/admin experience is a plus
