Radiant Traders is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Accountant to manage the company’s day-to-day accounting work. The role will involve maintaining accounts, preparing quotations and costings, tracking expenses, handling basic financial records, and ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded in Tally and Zoho.
This is a straightforward accounting role suited for someone organized, accurate, and comfortable working independently with regular accounting and administrative tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Maintain daily accounts and ensure all transactions are recorded accurately.
Enter sales, purchases, expenses, receipts, and payments in Tally and Zoho.
Prepare quotations for customers based on costings and company pricing guidelines.
Prepare product costings, including purchase cost, freight, duties, margins, and selling prices.
Track day-to-day office and business expenses.
Maintain records of invoices, receipts, payment vouchers, and supporting documents.
Reconcile bank statements, supplier accounts, and customer accounts.
Follow up on receivables and keep track of outstanding payments.
Assist with payables and ensure supplier payments are properly recorded.
Prepare basic financial reports as required by management.
Support VAT records and documentation where required.
Maintain organized filing of accounting and company documents.
Coordinate with management for pricing, quotations, collections, and expense approvals.
Assist with any other accounting or administrative work as required.
Requirements
Previous experience as an Accountant or Accounts Assistant.
Good knowledge of basic accounting principles.
Experience using Tally is required.
Experience using Zoho Books or other Zoho applications is preferred.
Ability to prepare quotations, costings, and basic financial reports.
Good knowledge of MS Excel.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work independently and manage daily accounting tasks.
Good communication and organizational skills.
