Education & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce (Master’s or MBA is an advantage).
Professional certification preferred (ACCA, CA finalist, CMA).
Experience
Minimum 2 years of accounting experience in real estate or property development sector.
Proven knowledge of real estate accounting practices, including project accounting, commission payouts, and service charges.
Experience with ERP/real estate software (e.g., QuickBooks, Oddo, Zoho)
Proficiency in MS Excel (advanced functions, pivot tables, reporting).
