About us
Intrise Commodites is an Startup international trading company working with partners across Africa, Europe and Asia. We are setting up our Dubai office and hiring our first team member, a reliable, hands-on generalist who will keep finance and administration running smoothly.
This is a chance to join a growing company at the start and build the office processes with the founder.
What you’ll do
Prepare and issue invoices, track payments and follow up on receivables
Process supplier invoices and payments; keep accounts payable up to date
Record transactions and maintain general accounts in our accounting software
Prepare bank reconciliations and basic monthly reports
Support VAT record-keeping and coordinate with our external accountant
Handle company paperwork: trade licence, visas, contracts, government and bank documentation
Organise filing (digital and physical) and keep company records in order
General office administration and support to management
What we’re looking for
3–5 years in an admin, accounts assistant or similar role, ideally in a trading company
Hands-on experience with accounting software that is as per UAE Law
Good knowledge of Excel
Familiarity with UAE VAT and company documentation processes
Excellent written and spoken English
Organised, discreet, and able to work independently in a small team
A plus: Arabic and/or Portuguese
