We are looking for Experienced Finance Manager
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
• Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A): Create company budgets, build financial forecasts, and run cost-benefit or variance analyses.
• Reporting & Compliance: Produce monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheets, cash flow) in compliance with GAAP or local statutory rules.
• Cash Flow & Treasury Management: Monitor daily liquidity, manage working capital, optimize cash flow, and oversee banking relationships.
• Risk & Cost Management: Identify financial risks, develop hedging or risk-mitigation strategies, and trim unnecessary operational expenditures.
• Audit & Tax Coordination: Manage internal and external audits, assist with tax planning, and file statutory tax returns.
• Team Leadership: Guide, mentor, and evaluate the performance of accounting and finance team members.
QUALIFICATIONS AND REQUIREMENTS
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration (Master’s or MBA is a strong plus).
• Certifications: Professional credentials such as CPA, CFA, ACCA, CMA, or FPAC preferred.
• Experience: 3 to 7+ years of progressive experience in corporate finance, financial analysis, or accounting (with prior supervisory experience).
• Technical Skills:
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks).
• Deep understanding of accounting principles (GAAP/IFRS) and regulatory compliance.
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, commercial awareness, attention to detail, and the ability to present complex financial data to non-financial executives.
