We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead the daily operation of the branch and deliver targets for sales, service quality, compliance, and profitability. Reporting to the Regional Manager or Head of Branch Network, the successful candidate will take full ownership of the branch, its people, its customers, and its performance, whether in banking, insurance, retail, or another customer-facing business.
The core of the role is branch operations and service leadership. The Branch Manager oversees opening and closing procedures, daily transaction flow, and customer service standards, and is visible on the floor to guide staff and meet important customers. Queues, complaints, and process delays are spotted early and resolved at source. Operating procedures, cash and security controls, and internal policies are enforced consistently, and the branch is kept ready for audit and inspection at all times.
