WE ARE HIRING | FEMALE ACCOUNTANT ( SPOUSE VISA )
Ajman based Electrical Trading Company is looking for an experienced and professional Accountant to join our team and manage the company’s day-to-day accounting and financial operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments, and journal entries.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date books of accounts.
Prepare and monitor Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
Follow up on outstanding customer payments and supplier balances.
Prepare quotations, invoices, credit notes, and payment records as required.
Reconcile bank accounts, customer accounts, supplier accounts.
Maintain proper documentation and filing of financial records.
Handle VAT accounting, VAT returns, and related documentation in compliance with UAE regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 1 - 3 years of accounting experience in the UAE is preferred.
Strong knowledge of UAE VAT and basic UAE accounting requirements.
Strong Excel skills and good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Good communication and organizational skills.
Candidates currently based in the UAE are preferred.
