A leading company is seeking motivated and customer-focused candidates for the position of Cashier. Candidates with retail, supermarket, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience are encouraged to apply.
💼 Job Responsibilities
Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
Process cash, card, and other approved payment transactions accurately
Operate the POS/cash register system
Issue receipts and handle customer purchases efficiently
Maintain accurate cash records and balance the cash drawer
Assist customers with basic questions and product-related inquiries
Handle returns, exchanges, and payment concerns according to company procedures
Maintain a clean and organized checkout area
Coordinate with sales, stock, and other departments when required
Provide excellent customer service and ensure a smooth checkout experience
Follow company policies regarding cash handling, security, and customer service
✅ Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
Previous cashier, retail, supermarket, restaurant, hospitality, or customer-service experience is an advantage
Freshers are welcome to apply
Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic English communication skills
Friendly, reliable, and customer-oriented attitude
Able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays when required
