📍 Location: Ras Al Khor, Dubai, UAE

We are a growing Used Cars Showroom in Dubai looking for an experienced, responsible and highly organized Account / Finance Manager to join our team.
We are looking for a professional who can independently manage the complete Accounts & Finance Department and help us make our accounting system more transparent, organized, accurate, efficient and easy to monitor.
💼 YOUR ROLE
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing the complete accounting and finance operations, including:
✅ Day-to-day accounting operations
✅ Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable
✅ Bank reconciliation & cash management
✅ Profit & Loss (P&L) management and reporting
✅ Balance Sheet preparation and analysis
✅ Cash flow monitoring
✅ Invoices, receipts, payments & expenses
✅ Monthly and periodic financial reports
✅ Financial analysis and management reporting
✅ Maintaining accurate accounting records
✅ Supplier & customer account management
✅ Audit coordination and financial documentation
✅ Monitoring company income, expenses and outstanding payments
✅ Maintaining proper accounting procedures and controls
✅ ERP / Accounting Software management
✅ Improving and organizing our existing accounting structure
✅ Making accounting reports more clear, transparent and easy for management to understand
✅ Identifying problems and implementing better accounting processes
💻 REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE
We are looking for someone with strong practical accounting experience, excellent attention to detail and the ability to take complete ownership of the Accounts Department.
Required:
• Strong knowledge of accounting & finance
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills
• Strong knowledge of ERP / Accounting Software
• Excellent understanding of P&L, Balance Sheet & Cash Flow
• Strong bookkeeping and financial reporting knowledge
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage accounts independently
• Excellent organizational skills
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Honest, responsible and trustworthy
• Good communication and reporting skills
⭐ AUTOMOTIVE EXPERIENCE = BIG ADVANTAGE
Candidates with previous experience in:
🚘 Used Car Showrooms
🚘 Car Trading Companies
🚘 Automotive Businesses
🚘 Vehicle Sales / Purchase Accounting
will be given preference.
Understanding the accounting side of vehicle purchases, sales, expenses, suppliers, customers, payments and automotive business operations will be a strong advantage.
