Job Title: Senior Financial Analyst – Financial Modeling & Feasibility
Location: UAE
Department: Finance / Strategy
Reports To: Finance Manager & CEO
Salary: AED 15,000 – 20,000 per month (based on expertise)
Position Overview
We are looking for a hands-on Financial Analyst with strong financial modeling and feasibility experience to support new business ventures, project funding, and investor decision-making.
This role is model-heavy, not accounting-focused. You will be expected to build robust, investor-ready financial models from limited or incomplete information, work closely with senior leadership, and support funding and valuation exercises.
⚠️ Important: This role is not suitable for candidates without practical financial modeling experience.
Key Responsibilities
Build advanced financial models for new ventures, feasibility studies, and project funding
Prepare long-term projections, scenario and sensitivity analyses
Translate limited or unclear information into logical financial assumptions
Develop valuation models (DCF, NPV, IRR, payback, profitability analysis)
Support investor and funding-related financial models and presentations
Analyse financial statements, cost structures, and market data
Prepare clear, investor-ready PowerPoint presentations explaining model outputs
Use AI tools to enhance research, assumption-building, and automation
Stress-test models and continuously improve modeling templates
Technical Requirements (Must-Have)
Expert-level Excel financial modeling skills
Strong understanding of forecasting, valuation, feasibility, and corporate finance
Experience building models from scratch, not just updating templates
Strong PowerPoint skills for investor presentations
Ability to build assumptions with limited data
Practical experience using AI tools for financial research or automation
Experience & Background
7–15 years of hands-on financial modeling experience
Experience preparing models for investors, banks, CEOs, or boards
Background in consulting, corporate finance, PE/VC, or strategy is a strong advantage
Proven experience working with incomplete or early-stage data
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Commerce
Professional certifications (CFA, FMVA, CMA, ACCA) are preferred
