I am a dedicated candidate who is interested in joining Hospitality Team. I graduated from a 03 Years Degree Bachelor of Science in Hotel Management Catering Technology & Tourism from the College of Agra from Heritage Institute Of Hotel & Tourism(Sept 2010 - Sept 2013).
Presently Working in Ramee Royal Hotel & Resort, I had gain valuable experience Of 10 years in the Food and Beverage Service Departments from TARC, Qatar Airways, IIDL Suites, IHOP(International House of Pancake) Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Owned By Alshaya International Trading Company, Hyatt Regency New Delhi and Jaypee Palace Hotel & Convention Centre, Agra. I am now looking forward to apply my skills and knowledge in a newly established company, where I can continue to grow in this field.
My background in customer service, coupled with my comprehensive hospitality training and academic background would enable me to make a valuable contribution to this position, serving guests of your establishment. Quality customer service has been a basic function of my everyday life. Virtually all my employment history has required me to exercise clear, concise communication skills and to promote customer satisfaction. I am also geared towards teamwork and achieving the stipulated goals of an organization.
