Administrative Assistant cum Junior Accountant

Duties and Responsibilities
• Attending telephone calls and assisting walk-in clients
• Processes and posting entries of cash and bank transactions and other journal entries into accounting system
• Prepares invoices being raised on a timely basis and processes payments received into accounting system
• Prepares cheques or bank transfer form for all creditors invoices prior for payments and other disbursements.
• Processes all suppliers invoices into accounting system on a timely basis
• Handles daily pettycash disbursements and updates daily transactions on the sheet
• Prepares cashflow forecast for the month and weekly basis
• Checks clients account and follow up for settlement of outstanding dues
• Completes bank reconciliation at month end and during the month as required
