With over four years of front office experience across luxury hotel brands in India and the UAE — including Raffles, Marriott, and The Leela — I have built a career on the kind of operational ownership, standards compliance, and guest-first leadership this role calls for.
In my current role at Flora Hospitality in Dubai, I independently run all three daily front desk shifts as the sole receptionist on duty, handling check-in, check-out, and guest queries to LQA and BSA brand standards without supervision, while maintaining a zero-error record across handovers, reservations, and guest documentation. I effectively operate at supervisor level day to day, managing front desk operations and administrative procedures end to end each shift.
At Marriott Kochi, I was promoted from Concierge to Executive Lounge Associate within three months of joining based on performance, and went on to be promoted again to Executive Lounge In-Charge, taking ownership of lounge operations, guest relations, and team coordination for premium guests. At Raffles Udaipur, I coordinated closely with Housekeeping, Engineering, and Food & Beverage teams to deliver seamless guest experiences, and provided discreet, high-touch service to VIP guests, including senior business leaders and public figures, while earning over 100 positive guest reviews.
I bring strong cross-departmental coordination skills, fluency in English, Hindi, and Nepali, and a consistent track record of being trusted with more responsibility than my role required.
