Hello,
I'm Mary, a friendly and organised front desk professional with 7+ years of experience in guest relations, reception, and customer service in Dubai. I'm looking for a Receptionist, Front Desk, Hostess, or Gym/Member Services role and I'm available to start immediately.
From 2018 to 2026, I worked at Fibber Magee's Irish Restaurant in Dubai, where I welcomed hundreds of multinational guests and VIP clients every week. I managed high-volume reservations on OpenTable, handled multi-line phones, processed billing on the iiko POS system, and resolved complaints calmly, maintaining a 98% guest satisfaction rate. I was also selected to train new front-of-house staff.
I also have gym reception experience from VMX Fitness in Nairobi, where I handled member check-ins, class bookings, memberships, renewals, and payments.
My skills include customer service, reservations and booking systems (OpenTable, Fresha, ClassPass), cash handling, phone handling, and MS Office/Google Workspace. I'm fluent in English and Swahili, reliable, and happy to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends.
