My earlier experience as a Logistics Coordinator at Forays International Trading in JAFZA further strengthened my ability to coordinate shipments, manage customer and vendor communication, process purchase orders, maintain logistics records, monitor deliveries, and support efficient business operations. I also gained accounts experience at Tetra Gulf Group, including invoice reporting, statements of account, payment follow-up, and receivables coordination.
I hold a Bachelor of Business Management from the University of Mangalore and possess practical skills in sales management, wholesale sales, telesales, customer relationship management, MS Excel, order processing, sales reporting, logistics tracking, invoice processing, and payment collection. I am fluent in English, Hindi, and Malayalam, enabling effective communication with customers and colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
