I am an energetic, customer-focused professional with hands-on experience in retail sales, visual merchandising, floral sales, stock management, order fulfilment, and customer service.
In my previous role as a Senior Retail Sales & Visual Merchandiser / Florist at Mishal Alhab Va Vardh Hadiyah in Madina, KSA, I was responsible for assisting customers, recommending products, handling sales, maintaining attractive displays, managing stock, processing orders, and supporting daily store operations. I also handled customer complaints professionally and supported promotional activities through product photos and videos for social media.
I am confident in communicating with customers from different backgrounds and can provide customer service in Arabic, Hindi, Malayalam, Kannada, and Tamil, with good working knowledge of English.
I am a fast learner, adaptable, hardworking, team-oriented, and comfortable working under pressure. I am currently based in Al Qusais, Dubai, available for immediate joining, and flexible to work anywhere across the UAE.
