I am a passionate and driven Sales Associate with over 10 years of experience in electronics and mobile retail, including extensive GCC experience. I have worked with leading brands and retail companies such as Alif Stores, MyG, Lulu Hypermarket, Virgin Megastore, Vivo, and Samsung.
I have strong experience in customer service, product demonstrations, sales target achievement, upselling and cross-selling, stock handling, store operations, after-sales support, and customer relationship management. I am confident in understanding customer requirements, recommending the right products, handling objections, and delivering a positive shopping experience.
I am a hardworking, reliable, and confident team player who can work effectively in fast-paced retail environments while maintaining excellent customer service. I am currently based in Dubai, UAE, and I am actively looking for a suitable opportunity where I can contribute my sales experience and grow with the organization.
