organization. With over 6 years of hospitality experience in the UAE, including luxury hospitality, VIP
service, and hospital catering, I have developed strong expertise in professional table service, guest
relations, food and beverage service, hygiene, and delivering consistently high standards of customer
satisfaction.
In my current role with Zabeel Palace Hospitality in Dubai, I provide refined food and beverage service to
Royal Family members and VIP guests. This experience has strengthened my ability to maintain
discretion, professionalism, formal service etiquette, and personalized attention while working in a
demanding luxury hospitality environment. I am experienced in formal table setting, order taking,
beverage service, VIP events, and anticipating guest requirements.
Previously, I worked with Abu Dhabi National Hotels (ADNH) / Compass in a hospital catering
environment, where I provided meal and beverage service while following strict hygiene, food safety,
dietary, and meal-service requirements. This role developed my ability to work carefully with individual
guest requirements while maintaining efficiency and professionalism during busy service periods.
I am currently pursuing Certified Waiter Training from Laurels Institute, Dubai, a KHDA-approved institute,
and have additional training in food hygiene, grooming, food and nutrition awareness, safe handling of
hazardous substances, and professional service.
I am a hardworking, attentive, and guest-focused hospitality professional who understands the
importance of presentation, courtesy, teamwork, and consistency in delivering an excellent guest
experience. I would welcome the opportunity to bring my GCC hospitality experience and luxury service
