I have worked across different roles including Waiter, Cashier, Assistant Restaurant Manager, and Restaurant Manager. In my management roles, I have handled daily operations, staff supervision, customer service, inventory control, food safety, cost control, aggregator platforms, and team training. I also have experience in restaurant pre-opening and operational setup.
I hold a Dubai Municipality Food Safety PIC certification and have experience maintaining food safety and hygiene standards in accordance with Dubai Municipality requirements. I am confident in managing teams, improving operational efficiency, resolving customer concerns, and maintaining high service standards.
