I have over 5 years of UAE restaurant experience and am currently working as an Assistant Manager at TBELLOS Restaurant LLC. Previously, I worked as a Restaurant Supervisor, Captain, and Cashier/Purchaser, which has given me strong experience in restaurant operations, team leadership, customer service, inventory control, staff training, and complaint resolution.
I also hold a Dubai Municipality Person-in-Charge (PIC) Advanced Certification and am familiar with food safety regulations and hygiene standards. I am fluent in English, Arabic, Hindi, and Malayalam, and I am confident in leading teams and ensuring excellent guest satisfaction.
