UAE experienced restaurant manager with PIC Level 3 driving licenses

Dear sir/madam,
I have worked experience in hotels and restaurants as a restaurant manager, supervisor and accountant for 9 years Dubai and 2 years in home country. Therefore I have performed and experienced with multi cuisine dishes and food concepts like Arabic,yaman,Lebanese,Indian,Pakistan,Chinese, continental,QSR.
I am a certificate holder of Dubai municipality food safety and hygiene PIC Level 3 which is valid for 5 years and holder of valid dubai driving licenses. Also a talented with Fluent speaker in English, Hindi, Urdu and Arabic.
So i am a person who have built up the whole professional life in restaurants, hotels and hospitality industry. Therefor I am a person who have completed knowledge of :
0)food and breverage(multi cuisins)
, proper customer service.
5)food handling ,maintain the food safety
, quality management and hygiene.
0)skills with modern marketing strategies , business development skills
, market research.
2)all restaurant pre opening knowledge.
2)PRO service,staff recruitment and training.
7) Excellent knowledge of Ms excel, MS office , PowerPoint.
9) POS operating and back office.
0)knowledge with Inventory management & . purchasing.
4)menu development and modification
, menu costing and pricing.
3)staff supervising(FOH/BOH/DELIVERY)and counselling with training
