I have over 17 years of experience in hospitality, sales, marketing, and business development. I have extensive experience across hotels, restaurants, resorts, and fast-food chains. Coffee shops, food & beverage, restaurant management, handling daily sales, customer satisfaction, staff training and hiring, cost, waste, and damage control, sales forecasting, food supplies, delivery section, outlet maintenance, e-commerce, and supplier database.
Overseeing chains of restaurants, finding potential business spots, and travelling 75% of the time for market control and monitoring other branches. I have worked in different hotels, restaurants, coffee shops, and catering sectors. I have good business leadership and accuracy in business. Evaluating existing business procedures and recommending improvements. Communication skills, staff training, and motivation. Company and staff welfare. Team leader, cost control, and budget-oriented. New business sourcing, problem-solving, and monitoring KPIs. Time management. Financial management. Ensure proper safety and security in addition to maintaining the highest standards of hygiene and cleanliness in all aspects of the work. Maintain a high standard of discipline in implementing company policies when it comes to disciplinary action, such as warnings and deductions. The ability to run multiple units. I can work under pressure; I can work independently. Decision-maker. I am ready to join if chosen.
