Dear Hiring Manager,

I am writing to express my interest in a suitable position in Property Management, Real Estate Operations, or Building Maintenance.

I have more than 15 years of experience in property management, real estate operations, building maintenance, leasing, property development, contracts, and supervising maintenance teams and contractors in the UAE. Throughout my career, I have been responsible for managing and maintaining residential and commercial properties, coordinating maintenance works, following up with tenants and landlords, supervising contractors, and ensuring that properties are maintained to a high standard.

My experience includes the day-to-day management and operation of properties, maintenance planning and scheduling, contractor and vendor coordination, tenant relations, property inspections, leasing support, maintenance cost control, and follow-up on repair and renovation projects. I am also experienced in handling multiple properties simultaneously and ensuring that maintenance and operational requirements are completed efficiently and on time.

I have strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and supervisory skills, with good knowledge of the UAE property market and building maintenance requirements. I am fluent in Arabic and English, proficient in Microsoft Office, and hold a valid UAE driving license.

I am a reliable, responsible, and hands-on professional who is able to work independently as well as coordinate effectively with property owners, tenants, employees, contractors, and service providers. I am particularly interested in joining a professional organization where I can utilize my experience and contribute to the efficient management and maintenance of its property portfolio.
