I am a Real Estate Operations and Administration professional with over 10 years of international experience, including more than 5 years in Dubai's real estate sector. My expertise includes transaction coordination, DLD/RERA compliance, CRM management, listing administration, document control, and end-to-end real estate operations.
Throughout my career in Dubai, I have managed high-volume transactions, coordinated with developers, brokers, trustee offices, and clients, while ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements. I am experienced in handling SPAs, MOUs, Forms A/B/F, KYC documentation, Trakheesi permits, Ejari registrations, and CRM platforms such as PropSpace, Bitrix24, HubSpot, Zoho, and Microsoft Dynamics.
As a fluent speaker of English, French, and Mandarin, I have successfully supported international investors and multicultural teams, particularly within the UAE and Chinese real estate markets.
