I am writing to apply for the Real Estate Agent position at your company. With over three years of sales experience in a fast-paced FMCG environment and an MBA in Marketing, I am confident I can build a strong client base and close deals in Dubai's property market.
Since 2022, I have worked as a Sales Executive in field sales at Best Foods. My role involves meeting new clients daily, understanding their needs, negotiating terms and building long-term relationships that lead to repeat business. These are the same skills that drive success in real estate: prospecting, persuading and following up consistently.
My MBA from IGNOU (2022–2025) strengthened my knowledge of marketing, consumer behaviour and negotiation. I can use this to promote properties effectively, including through social media and online listings, and to present each property in a way that matches what the client wants. My B.Com in Finance also helps me explain pricing, payment plans and return on investment clearly.
I am self-motivated, target-driven and comfortable working on commission. I speak English, Malayalam and Tamil, which lets me serve Dubai's diverse community of buyers, tenants and investors.
