I am writing to express my interest in the Project Manager & Interior Designer position. With over seven years of experience in the interior fit-out industry, I have successfully managed residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality projects from concept development through execution and final handover.
Throughout my career, I have combined creative design expertise with strong project management skills to deliver high-quality interior fit-out projects on time, within budget, and in accordance with client expectations. My experience includes space planning, concept design, preparation of detailed drawings, material selection, BOQ preparation, vendor and subcontractor coordination, site supervision, quality control, and project scheduling.
I have extensive experience collaborating with clients, consultants, contractors, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth project execution while maintaining the highest standards of quality and safety. My ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, resolve site challenges efficiently, and maintain excellent client relationships has consistently contributed to successful project delivery.
I am proficient in AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Adobe Photoshop and Microsoft Office. My strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication enable me to lead teams confidently and achieve project objectives in fast-paced environments.
