I am currently working as an Assistant Executive Housekeeper at Adagio Premium Apartments, Al Barsha, Dubai, where I support the management of housekeeping operations, coordinate team activities, monitor room and public-area cleanliness, handle guest requests and complaints, and ensure that departmental standards and procedures are consistently maintained.

Throughout my career, I have gained valuable experience in room inspection, staff coordination, training and coaching, inventory control, linen management, guest satisfaction, health and safety, and maintaining high cleanliness standards. I am also comfortable working under pressure, solving operational problems, and working effectively with colleagues from different departments.

I hold a Diploma in Business Management Administration from YMCA School of Business Administration Studies, Kampala, Uganda, as well as O and A Level qualifications. I am hardworking, reliable, customer-focused, and committed to delivering high standards of service.
