Excellent relationship-building skills, with the ability to work across various departments within the organization to deliver e-business sales results.
Create and process FBA stocking orders.
Coordinates FBA shipments with our fulfillment department.
Ability to generate and implement new initiatives to increase online sales and profitability.
Served as Amazon and Noon, Carrefour platform customer service, responsible for timely processing and replying to customers' pre-sales and after-sales mail;

Monitor and analyze product performance, product rankings, and customer review
Working knowledge of different e-commerce portals.
