To Hiring Manager,

I am applying for the Camp Boss position, bringing 4 years of camp management experience in India, including managing accommodation and daily operations for approximately 1,500 contract workers, along with 7 years of UAE work experience across different sectors and an MBA qualification.

My technical expertise includes room allocation, occupancy control, worker discipline, grievance handling, catering, housekeeping, maintenance coordination, HSE compliance, security, transport, contractor coordination, camp inspections, and accurate records and Excel reporting.

Although my camp management experience is from India, I am eager to prove my capabilities in the UAE through strong leadership, operational discipline, worker welfare, and accountability.

I am currently in the UAE on a visit visa valid until 18 December 2026 and available to join immediately, subject to employment and visa formalities. I am open to opportunities across Sonapur, Al Quoz, Sajja, Abu Dhabi, and anywhere in the UAE.

My expected salary is AED 2,500, and I am seeking an opportunity to demonstrate my value through performance and commitment.
