Dear Hiring Manager,
I am writing to express my strong motivation to build my professional career in Health, Safety and
Environment (HSE) as an HSE Officer or Safety Officer. I am passionate about workplace safety and
committed to helping organizations prevent accidents, protect employees, maintain compliance, and
promote a positive safety culture.
I have five years of professional experience in the UAE, progressing from Security Guard / Security Officer
to Security Supervisor. During this time, I developed practical experience in site inspections, hazard
identification, unsafe-condition reporting, incident reporting, emergency response, contractor
monitoring, team supervision, and compliance with site procedures.
To strengthen my transition into the HSE profession, I obtained the NEBOSH International General
Certificate (IGC) with a Credit grade and completed additional training in IOSH Managing Safely, risk
assessment, accident and incident investigation, Permit to Work, construction HSE, process safety,
COSHH, behavioural safety, emergency response, environmental management, lifting safety, scaffolding
safety, and internal auditing.
My security and supervisory background have taught me to remain alert, work responsibly under
pressure, communicate effectively, identify potential risks, and respond appropriately to emergencies. I
believe these transferable skills, combined with my HSE qualifications and training, provide a strong
foundation for developing into a competent safety professional.
I am particularly motivated to gain practical HSE experience and continue learning from experienced
safety professionals. My long-term goal is to develop a successful career in HSE while making a
meaningful contribution to accident prevention, employee wellbeing, regulatory compliance, and
continuous safety improvement.
I am hardworking, disciplined, adaptable, safety-conscious, and committed to professional
development. I would be grateful for the opportunity to join an organization where I can apply my
