I have 7 months of experience as a Sales Assistant and 1 year of experience as a Cashier in Sri Lanka, along with 1 year of experience as a Saleswoman in Dubai. Through these roles, I have developed strong skills in customer service, sales support, cash handling, product knowledge, communication, and maintaining positive relationships with customers from different backgrounds.
I am hardworking, responsible, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment. I am confident in handling customer inquiries, assisting customers with their requirements, processing transactions accurately, and supporting daily store operations. My experience in Dubai has also helped me become familiar with a multicultural working environment and international customers.
