In my current role with Nael and Bin Harmal Hydroexport Co. LLC in Dubai, I provide daily IT troubleshooting, resolve hardware and connectivity issues, and perform essential system maintenance.
My core responsibilities include monitoring CCTV surveillance networks, diagnosing camera and cabling faults, configuring NVR/DVR platforms, and implementing preventive maintenance routines to eliminate potential downtime.

Surveillance & Infrastructure: Skilled in CCTV camera installation, DVR/NVR configuration, data cabling, and software monitoring. Incident Resolution: Quick identification of cable faults, hardware failures, and root-cause troubleshooting to maintain continuous uptime.
Prior to moving to Dubai, I gained extensive operational experience as a CCTV & Junior Service Technician with Silver Track Systems in Bangalore, where I managed complex camera installations, equipment servicing, and video footage archiving. I hold a Professional Diploma from KELTRON (91%) and an Electronic & Mechanic qualification from Kottoor ITI.
