* ✔️ Hands-on experience with Shopify, Odoo ERP, NetSuite, Magento, HubSpot CRM, Ebay and Chrono24.
* ✔️ Product listing and website catalog management, including uploading products, images, descriptions, specifications, and pricing.
* ✔️ Inventory updates, data accuracy, and catalog maintenance across multiple online sales channels.
* ✔️ Order processing, back-office administration, and operational support.
* ✔️ Creation of reports, documentation, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
* ✔️ ERP implementation support, system testing, and workflow optimization.
* ✔️ Team leadership experience with a strong focus on productivity, quality, and continuous improvement.
* ✔️ Detail-oriented, highly organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
