I have worked in retail sales, marketing, and business development management for over 17 years. I have extensive experience in retail, supermarket, and hypermarket operations, including Al Maya, Spring, Al Ahly, West Zone, Sprout, Fresh Cart, New Jame Jam, and others. Handling daily sales and various operational aspects such as managing inventories, recruiting staff, budgeting, enforcing safety policies, ordering products, and analyzing sales performance. Food requisition, store maintenance and cleanliness; staff training and hiring, Sales forecast and store budget, managing cash flow and financial management, periodic meetings, and monthly reports. Store periodic inventory. Delivery section and instashop control. Route planning and assigning tasks. Waste and damage control to make better profits. Item pricing and promotions.

I have good business leadership, brand development Accuracy in dealing, target achievement, finance management, negotiation skills, communication skills, KPI monitoring, staff training, and motivation.
