During my time as a Management Trainee at Optival Health Solutions Pvt. Ltd., I gained practical experience in warehouse receiving, shipping, put-away operations, inventory control, stock audits, cycle counting, team coordination, shift scheduling, safety compliance, and process improvement. I also monitored operational KPIs such as on-time delivery and order accuracy and contributed to improving daily warehouse workflows.
In addition, my experience as an Assistant Manager at Muthoot Fincorp Limited strengthened my skills in team coordination, documentation, compliance, customer relationships, target tracking, and day-to-day operations.
I am a hardworking, adaptable, and results-oriented professional with strong skills in warehouse management, inventory management, team management, WMS, supply chain operations, KPI monitoring, and process optimization.
