I am writing to apply for the position of Store Supervisor / Warehouse Manager, confident that my extensive hands-on experience, deep technical knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), and proven leadership abilities make me a strong candidate for this role. Throughout my career, I have managed warehouse operations from A to Z, including inbound and outbound logistics, inventory planning, stock audits, GRN processing, put-away strategies, picking, packing, dispatch coordination, and reconciliation. I possess in-depth practical knowledge of WMS platforms, inventory accuracy control, barcode systems, FIFO/FEFO methods, batch tracking, and real-time stock monitoring. My ability to align system data with physical stock has consistently reduced discrepancies and improved operational efficiency.
In my previous roles, I was responsible for supervising store and warehouse teams, allocating daily tasks, monitoring productivity, and ensuring strict compliance with company policies and safety standards. I have significant experience in discrepancy control and loss prevention, including cycle counts, monthly and annual stock audits, variance analysis, and corrective action implementation. I am highly skilled in preparing inventory reports, consumption analysis, slow- and non-moving stock reports, and management dashboards using Microsoft Excel and WMS tools.

I am well-versed in handling supplier deliveries, returns, damaged goods, and inter-warehouse transfers, while maintaining proper records and approvals.
