I am writing to express my interest in the Warehouse Administrator position at your organization. With over four decades of global experience in asset & construction material and warehouse management, logistics, and mechanical supervision across infrastructure megaprojects, I bring a depth of expertise that aligns perfectly with the demands of this role.
Currently, I have been working with Salini (WEBUILD) on the Snowy 2.0 Hydro Power Project in Australia, where I manage warehouse accounts, inventory control, and logistics coordination. My former roles with renowned firms such as VINCI Construction and DUMEZ GTM have honed my skills in handling end-to-end warehouse operations, procurement coordination, and asset management. I have successfully supervised the shipment of complex equipment across international borders, prepared detailed material request documentation, and supported multi-departmental logistics in high-pressure environments.
Previously, during my tenure as Warehouse Supervisor and Material Controller on the Riyadh Metro Project with Salini Impregilo, I was responsible for coordinating complex logistics involving both local and international shipments. I managed communication with overseas suppliers to ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and spare parts to the site to meet project timelines. My role required meticulous attention to documentation, customs procedures, and supplier coordination, contributing significantly to the seamless flow of inventory and equipment throughout the project lifecycle. The highlight of my tenure at this project was successful completion to return Tunnel Boring Machine (TBM) along with all material including conveyor belt and structure on a buy-back option to France and China and transferred all equipment and material in 120 units of 40 feet OT containers as well as returned Tunnel Service Equipment ASCOM with spare parts to France.
Before that, my last job with VINCI Construction was in Ukraine at Novarka Chernobyle Nuclear Plant Shelter Project as Warehouse Manager where I was responsible for spare parts, construction and consumable and building material as well as maintaining assets.
My previous role was in Libya where I worked on three different projects in Sirte city and Tripoli as Plant Superintendent. I was responsible for managing the Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing, Transport, Logistics and Warehouse Department and sold all equipment, material, spare parts at the end of the project in a very efficient manner.
My extensive experience also comprises on my roles and responsibilities that I performed at a Highway Construction Project with Dekit Construction Company in Nigeria, Ghazi Barotha Dam Project with Dongfeng Corporation in Pakistan, Xiaolangdi Dam Project with Dumez GTM in China, National Guard Housing Project and Makkah Road Project with Dumez GTM in Riyadh, KSA.
With vast experience of interaction with people from various cultural backgrounds at professional and personal level, being fluent in multiple languages, and proficient with SAP and store software like MAS and HA+, I am known for being resourceful, detail-oriented, and a strong communicator. My hands-on knowledge of construction materials, mechanical systems, spare parts, and project logistics ensures I can contribute immediately and effectively.
